I haven't actually made anything yet from this cookbook yet but his other ones are awesome so I doubt there will be any issues! I love the format of the book and the photographs are awesome! i honestly can't wait for the next one to come out!

Great collection of holiday recipes

I really liked this book. Great recipes, and even some from my childhood in Canada. Some British influences which I enjoyed, especially liked traditional recipes such as fruitcakes.

Wonderful Cookbook....

I received my cookbook today and I could not be happier with this cookbook and the author. Never heard of Rock Recipes before and was googling a recipe for a traditional dark fruitcake when the this site popped up. I was so amazed at the amount of recipes, plus it was from Canada with a Canadian author. I just had to order two of his cookbooks. Love that each recipe comes with beautiful mouth watering pictures and recipes that are easy to follow . The cookbook is layed out so perfectly. Boy I just cannot wait to start baking. This cookbook is for anyone with just amazing recipes. Now I will have order the other 2 books so I will have them all. Hope the author comes out with more books. I am so happy with my purchase !!!!

Fabulously Delicious

This is the third cook book by Barry Parsons that I have bought. I love his stories that accompany each recipe. Plus there is a picture of how the recipe should look, which I find very helpful. Now the recipes. Wonderfully delicious. Each one that I have tried, has been a hit. Nothing is too complicated either, with easy to find ingredients. I also love how the book is divided into categories. Very, very happy with this purchase.
